
how do i work out a weight lifting timetable?
hello
i am 28 years old , male of skinny build but with a little pot belly coming lol i weigh 12 and a half stone , 176lbs or 80kg.. and am 69 inches or 175cms or 5″7 tall.. i am just starting out with weight lifting but really dont know much about it.. i have invested in a york fitness bench with leg attachment and arm attachments plus a chin up bar , press up bar. i am getting a cross trainer for cardio workouts too.. i just wanna know whether anyone could work out a time table for me or have one that would benifit me as i have no idea when i should do certain work outs what i should do in them or how many reps i should do.. so if anyone could help me i would be very much appreciated..
