weight training workout plan
Changing weight training workout?

I plan to change my weight workouts every four weeks. Should I keep the bench press and incline press in any routine I come up with or should I change every exercise that I do? I concentrate on upper body with weights. If it matters, I am Male. Thanks!

Hello! Changing your routine every four weeks sounds like a good plan. However, there are many, many ways to change your routine without changing the exercises. Instead, try switching the order in which you perform them. Instead of doing legs first, do legs last. Change of a bench press on a flat bench, do an incline or decline press. Be careful to watch your technique. Technique is key when working with weights. You mentioned that your focus is upper body. Is there a reason why you are not working the lower body? This will create huge muscular imbalances, and you will lack symmetry. I know all males want a big chest and huge arms. If you neglect the legs, you are missing out on a lot of progress. I hope this helps you.
