weight training morning or night
how much weight should I expect to lose?

I have been on a steady herbalife diet for about a month or so and have been doing some weights but I wanted to know how many pounds I should pretty much expect to lose a month if I intake 1000 calories a day and burn 2200 or more calories a day going on a treadmill 2 hours a day 1 in the morning and 1 at night I am 17yrs old 6foot tall weigh 200lbs and I think a some of my weight is muscle but I want to get rid of the fat before I start weight training again and also I drink 4liters a water a day and am a male thanks.
I just added a few details but I just found out herbalife gives you at least 1000 calories a day not 400 and also 3000 isn’t that safe or is it?
I know that losing that much that fast whould just make me gain it all back fast but I whould stick with the herbalife for a long time “any ways I get it cheap bcuz my friend works with herbalife” and then build muscle.
