
DAMMIT! I broke my diet after lunch. How much weight did I gain?
I was starving cause I ate too less. And my body went in starvation mode I think cause I felt dizzy.
I ate like 3 bowls of cereal since cereal is high in sugar and saturated fat. Its also loaded with energy.
How much weight did I gain from that?
im 16 if that helps and I ran a couple miles on the tredmill this morning. And also I lift weights at night to so I bassically workout twice a day.
Though im still mad that I ate all that cereal. It was cookie crisp and rasin bran. give me an estimation of how many calories ive gained. I am 186 pounds and VERY skinny. I don’t want to gain weight either. The charts still say im overweight due to my genetics and bone structure. im very tall to.
OK, you sound like you’re on your way to an eating disorder. You are young, you have to live life and not waste time obsessing over everything that goes into your mouth.
You are right, when you starve yourself your body craves fat and calories and tells you to binge. You’re better off eating regular, small, healthy meals. You need protein and you do need some fat in your diet.
You don’t really gain weight from one “hiccup”. At your age and with your metabolism that cereal would have barely touched the sides. Weight gain happens from sustained over eating – just like weight loss doesn’t happen from one day of healthy eating. It’s cumulative.
Eat the right foods but let yourself have treats now and then – it will help your metabolism. And think about getting help for your food and weight obsession, it will ruin your life.
