
Whats the best way to lift a bum after weight loss please?
I used to have a nice curvy bum then I put on, like, 6 and a half stone. I was about 17.2 now I’m 11.4. Now it’s flat and I hate it. Also any suggestions for loose skin please? Because I lost weight slowly it’s not to bad but still.
