
A list of at home workouts?
I need a list of things a 13 year old could do at home without a full gym in front of them.
I have: exercise balls, hand weights, those rubber band things, pull up bar, and treadmill.
Something like __ push ups, __ arm lifts. IDK, but it would really help. I’m willing to work out, just not sure what to do.
