
Good beginner’s weight lifting program to improve strength?
For health class, we are doing a weight LIFTING (not weight loss
) that improves strength, and cardio (running) chart project, and i need preferably a website? for a program for weight lifting. my goal is basically (beginner), just increase the weight i can lift gradually each week. and run 2 miles in under 20 minutes, and improve my heart rate.
i guess it should be a website for teenagers, but i’m not picky about it lol

Subtract the traveling exercise but do the bodyweight workouts. for beginners, I recommend stretching (yoga) and bodyweight workouts (hindu pushup, pushup, pullup, lunges, squats, suryanamaskars, burpees)
