Do you trust “medications” like Slimquick?
I am 21 years old, and 5′1inches. I am wanting to lose a large amount of weight before my friend’s wedding in July 2009. (So, roughly a year and a half..) I drink ~3bottles of water a day and have been following the Canadian food guide as far as nutrition requirements go. I also goto a local gym and do about 20 minutes of cardio, 10 minutes on a rower machine,a and another 5 on an eliptical. I also lift 5lb weights off and on throughout the day. I’ve been doing all of this for about a month and haven’t lost a thing. I am wondering if drugs like Slimquick or Hoodia work, or if I should avoid them. I know you can get stuff perscribed to you by your doctor, but I think thats only if you have thyroid problems, which I don’t. I have been overweight since I was 8 years old and am really sick of it. HELP!!
I am also wanting to loose about 25 pounds and I started taking diet pills since I had my son. I tried Xedrine, Cilarys, NV, hoodia… and nothing helped. Everything made me feel very fidgety and I hated them especially since the pills were so big. The though of drinking them made me want to throw up because of the effects of the pills. Then I heard about TFP pills. They are natural so the wont make you feel fidgety, The just curb your appetite (without making you feel nauseous). Honestly its the best thing I have ever tried. The best thing is that if your not happy with your results they’ll garantee them 100%. I started taking them last monday and already lost 3 pounds.
Before taking anything you must consult your doctor to make sure you can take them!!!
Good luck! If you need further info contact me…
