Aerobics vs. weight training. Which should I do first?
I work out three times a week, including both aerobics & weight lifting.
Currently I do aerobics first (10 – 20 min), then lift weights for about an hour.
Does it matter which I do first?
I want some toning & strengthening as well as weight loss.
Also, should I do all my shoulder exercises, then all back, then all chest, etc? Or should I mix it all up?
My trainer set me up with weight-training three times a week and cardio two times a week. She suggested alternating them and not doing them all at one time. If it’s possible, maybe you should try to go 4-5x a week, spread out your activites. I also alternate what part to work out first each time I weight-train. I’ll start upper one time, lower the next.
