
HOw to lose major weight fast?
i need to lose weight since im obese.. no one knows except for me. im 169lbs and only 5ft 2. how can i lose some serious weight really fast? i dont eat a lot of junk food, but when its there i cant help it!! please dont say the usual, eat healthy and exersise thing cuz it bugs me. right now a play softball 3 1/2 hours a week and i have 50 minute gym class. in about 2 weeks im starting this agility training (includes weight lifting and running) thing to get me ready for softball season.
I NEED A DIET PLAN!!!!! if i give my dad a diet food plan, he wil definitly buy the foods. i also would rather not get a website but oh well
hello? im 13!! i hardly ever eat junk food like i said. im just saying when my friends offer, its hard to say no. and when i tell them not to, they say i shouldnt lose weight cuz “im not fat”
Keep complex carbs, such as bread, creral, oats, bread, pasta, very low. Eat them as early as you can. I would say don’t have any after noon. Complex carbs give you energy, but are also stored which can make you gain fat.
Try and have fibrous carbs, brocolli, spinach, lettuce, cabbage, etc., with every meal. Especially late at night. Fibrous carbs give you a little bit of energy, but help with fat loss. Try and eat a cup of brocolli before you go to bed. This will help burn fat while you sleep, plus it will keep you body in an anabolic state for a little while you sleep.
Try and eat every 2-3 hours to keep your metabolism going so it doesn’t slow down. Drink lots of water and get plently of sleep each night.
I would look at all of these foods and pick which ones you like.

Tuna (water packed)
Fish (salmon, seabass, halibut)
Shrimp
Extra Lean Ground Beef or Ground Round (92-96%)
Venison
Buffalo
Ostrich
Protein Powder
Egg Whites or Eggs
Ribeye Steaks or Roast
Top Round Steaks or Roast (aka Stew Meat, London Broil, Stir Fry)
Top Sirloin (aka Sirloin Top Butt)
Beef Tenderloin (aka Filet, Filet Mignon)
Top Loin (NY Strip Steak)
Flank Steak (Sir Fry, Fajita)
Eye of Round (Cube Meat, Stew Meat, Bottom Round , 96% LeandGround Round)
Ground turkey, Turkey Breast Slices or cutlets (fresh meat, not deli cuts), ground chicken
COMPLEX CARBS
Oatmeal (Old Fashioned or Quick Oats)
Sweet Potatoes
Yams
Beans (pinto, black, kidney)
Oat Bran Cereal
Rye Cereal
Brown Rice
Farina (Cream of Wheat)
Multigrain Hot Cereal
Whole wheat or Spinach Pasta
Rice (white, jasmine, basmati, Arborio, wild)
Potatoes (red, baking, new)
FIBROUS CARBS
Green Leafy Lettuce (Green Leaf, Red, Leaf, Romaine)
Broccoli
Asparagus
String Beans
Spinach
Bell Peppers
Brussels Sprouts
Cauliflower
Cabbage
Celery
Cucumber
Eggplant
Green or Red Pepper
Onions
Pumpkin
Garlic
Tomatoes
Zucchini
An example for a day could be
Meal 1 – oats and egg whites
Meal 2 – Tuna sandwhich with lettuce
Meal 3 – Same as 2 or stop you carbs here and go with chicken and brocolli
Meal 4 turkey and brocolli
Meal 5 same as 5 or just brocalli if it is your last meal
Meal 6 brocolli
I’m just using brocolli since I go through about 3-4 cups a day.
it doesn’t seem like a lot, but each meal is and should be arund 300-500 calories, I would shoot for about 1800 a day and if you losing weight keep that up, if you hit a plateu then decrease it by 250 and see what happens.
