
i posted this before i didnt get alot of responses please help me?
go to the gym five times a week i walk at 3.5 for 1 mile on the treadmill. then do 10 min on tony little gazelle and then i workout on the strength training machine with 25lbs on each side i do my arms and my legs for 36 reps on each exersise will this work to lose weight when will i see results.what can i do for stomach and back ? i want to lose weight i have been watching what i eat to help me please?

Sounds like you are on to a great start so congrats!
The more muscle you build the more claories you will burn so the strength training is very important. Muscle also takes up less room than fat per pound so inches should fall away soon. Within 4 weeks you should see a difference in the way your cloths fit. Don’t focus on the number but the inches.
A great way to strengthen the bak and abs is plank exercise. Get on your hands and knees and straighten your back. Hold in your core (abs) nice and tight. Balance all your weight on your arms and toes. Hold as long as you can.
