Can someone send me a link for exersize, an exersize & Diet and fitness program?

ok I’ve asked this before a couple days ago with different wording, and I’m asking it again because I just got out of High School, and I’m going to 2 different colleges and I don’t have the extra money to spend. I saw the Curves $30. for 30 days, and I just can’t drive to the nearest curves every day because of Gas. I live in the Boondocks, so I need a free program over the internet That I could go to after my internet classes.
I just requested a couple diet & Exercise movies from the library, so it’s not really a big deal, I was just wondering if someone could send me a link.
