
Fast weight lose for the marines?
Im 17 years old and im a female and im currently in the process of enlisting for the marines. They have certain weight standards for both males and females. I am 5′6 and i’m currently about 173 pounds and I have to be 147. When I started training I was 198 pounds so I have already lost quite a bit of weight, and i’ve hit my plataue. And I need to enlist within the next month. what would be some good ways to loose the excess weight as fast a possible?
Low carb diets, if you can stand it. The Atkins diet is very fast. However, you will probably gain it back as soon as you go off it, since it’s mostly water weight. But, if you keep up the weight loss until basic, you’ll lose a lot of weight in basic anyway.
