weight training experts please answer?

i weight train every day with maybe missing one day in the week .. i always train a difrent body part. ive been training for one year now and i dont feel saw anymore the next morning .. should you feel saw every morning ? ALSO im aiming to bulk up so any tips ?

If you are still sore, your muscles have not healed and you will not gain. Take protein to help that and limit your self to only 1-1 and a half hours a day of exercise for each body part.
