fat burner bodybuilding
anyone use fat burners?!!!?

i was thinkin of starting to take fat burners to help get my bodyfat percent down 2 months before a bodybuilding competition, i thing my bodyfat will be about 18% how much do u think it’d drop in 2 months if i weigh about 75kg? not sure how much cardio i’d be doin tho, any suggestions?

I suggest that you get a heart rate monitor from a fitness store, you know, the kind that sells exercise equipment if you’re SERIOUS about losing fat. They usually strap around your chest and have like a wrist watch you wear. They tell you how fast your heart is beating when you do cardio. Then calculate what your “maximum fat burning zone” is, there are websites to help you with that, then do AT LEAST 30 minutes of exercise in that fat burning zone a day, whether it’s jogging, walking, cycling or whatever.

It’s the best investment you can make.
