
Bodybuilding help?
Ive been working out for a few months now. My muscles suchs as biceps pecs abs etc have gone really bulging and muscular, which is fine if u want that condom-packed-fulla-walnuts schwarznegger look but id rather have a broad and toned body…any tips?
less weight, more reps.
instead of burning up at 8-10 reps, drop the weight down some and shoot for 15-20.
