It is recommended not to play any sports (including wight lifting) when fasting. You can do it afterwards. You still can have all the proteins you need for fotoor, but for suhoor, it is recommended to have light food as you do not want your stomach to work very hard digesting food in your sleep. For suhoor, yogurt is the best thing. Try it, you won’t feel hungry the next day.
