does da proteins in milk vanishes if i keep it out of freezer for long time? by long time i mean 4-5 hrs…and can ny1 tell me da exect amount of protein in 1lit of milk. im out of whey for sm day, i ordered it from bodybuilding.com it will take another 7days so i need to know da protein content in milk to fill my protein need
