Eating plan to gain muscle….. tips?

I decided I’m going to try to gain size and strength so I’m gonna I want to increase my calories to gain weight without getting fat. Is 3,000 calories a good number for this if I’m 5′7 and 130-140 pounds?
Please give me suggestions on my diet.
Breakfast: 1 scoop whey, fruit, skim milk 270
Lunch: whole wheat bread with turkey, banana 740
Pre-workout- 2 scoops weight gainer, serving nuts Do I take half my weight gainer before and half after my workout? Are there 4 scoops per serving in most weight gainers? 1290
Post workout – 2 scoops weight gainer, fruit 1690
Dinner: What ever my mom makes usual;y high calorie 2300
Bed time snack: salmon, fruit, nuts 2600
Are calories good or should I aim a but higher? Anything I should put in or take out?

I would say you should probably incorporate a little more fat for energy. Also, I would switch the fruit to before your workout since you digest the carbs more easily and maybe eat the nuts awhile before workout. Also, I would to 1 before 3 after with the weight gainer, but that’s just preference.

Depending on how much you work out, I might aim a little higher in calories.
