Eating plan to gain muscle&#8230;.. tips?

I decided I&#8217;m going to try to gain size and strength so I&#8217;m gonna I want to increase my calories to gain weight without getting fat.  Is 3,000 calories a good number for this if I&#8217;m 5&#8242;7 and 130-140 pounds?
Please give me suggestions on my diet.
