
Bodybuilding proper breakfast?
Ok so I do eat breakfast every morning, but I need to know if this is a proper breakfast?
Ok so I eat 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 2 pieces of toast with honey on them, a glass of orange juice, a banana, and a bowl of frosted flakes.
Is this good for someone wanting to get some good muscles, like a bodybuilder, but not like trying to get huge.
If you have any better suggestions, please do tell me.
Your breakfast is ok, except for maybe the Frosted Flakes. It has a lot of sugar. Oatmeal is good, with honey, fruit or sugar to sweeten it up some. Or a cereal that doesn’t have as much sugar. There are some low sugar cereals that taste good, even a low sugar Frosted flakes, if that’s what you really want to eat.
Or egg white omelets or scrambled eggs, using 1 whole egg with 1 or 2 egg whites are a great source of protein for building muscle.
Try foods that are high in protein, low in fats and sugars. Such as peanut butter, eggs, protein drinks, lean meats, oatmeal, low fat cheeses, etc..
