Can I gain muscle without eating extra calories if I just include a lot of protein?

I need to lose fat while gaining muscle without eating more than 2010 calories because I don’t burn off enough calories with my current workout routine to eat that much.

primarily it sounds like you wanna lose fat rather than build muscle so you should make sure you’re burning more calories than you are eating. defo keep your protein intake high because it keeps your body in a nitrogen-positive balance so it will use fat for energy rather than break the muscle down. you won’t put on a huge deal of muscle because you need to go through a “mass-gain” phase with excessive calories for that – but you will lose fat and tone up.

Don’t know how old you are/what your workout is but remember that building muscle burns fat so weight-training should complement the cardio and not be disregarded! if you’re younger than 16 then cardio, bodyweight exercises and decent protein consumption (natural, not powder) is more than enough!
