
Carb Cycle for bodybuilding low carb high protein food?
i am recently on strict carb cycle diet which i know exactly what to eat on training which is high carb and high protein.
But on non training days where you have to eat low carb and high protein meals i have problem with and is quite important because when you eat low carb and high protein meals on not training it uses the body fat for energy and builds muscle while losing fat.
so if anyone can give me details of exactly what to eat from start of the morning to the sleeping time.
which is mainly of low carb and high protein thanks.
i also have whey protein which has very low carb.
my daily protein intake for this non training day is 200 grams of protein.
I’m 6′1″ and 180 lbs.
There are amounts of each I eat, but those are only appropriate for my stats. This is to give you an idea of what to eat on your low carb days.
