Gaining muscle is NEVER easy. It is easier for some than others, but no matter what, you will have to bust your arse in the gym to gain muscle.

You can have any lifting program, any supplements, any diet on the planet and if you aren’t dead-tired at the end of your workout from working so hard, you aren’t going to gain anything. If there were easy ways to gain muscle, everyone would do them.

Find a beginner’s weight lifting plan and do it. Lift with a weight that is heavy for you. The beauty of weightlifting is that you will get results equal to the amount of work you put into it. If you half-ass your reps and your weight, then you’ll get half-ass results.
