problems with pe coursework?

hi, im doing pe coursework and i can’t do the the evaluation, therefore could some please tell me what to do i.e how should i answer a question like this: explain the fitness results u achieved before starting your training programme?

Before your training programme, how far could you run before getting puffed out? Did you sweat more or less than you do now? Did you suffer from muscle spasms? Did you feel more tired than you do now?
You could insert a table of ‘before and after’ results. If you can’t remember – make it up-but be realistic. The first column could be headed ‘Activity’ the second ‘Achievement before’ the third ‘Achievement after’. Stick a further column on the end for conclusions i.e. before i strated the programme i could only run 30 metres without getting out of breath but now i can run 400 metres.
Your conclusion at the bottom, your explanation, should say something about the knock-on effect of raising your fitness, i.e. improvement in muscle tone, better tempered (yes – it’s true – sport beats out that bad mood!) Don’t forget to highlight why your fitness was not as good as it could be. Did you drive when you could have walked? Did structured exercise frighten you? Did you dislike your body shape?
