
is my smoothie healthy? if so how healthy?
Alright, I am extremely into bodybuilding and really all health.. I love being healthy it feels great!
and I would like to know if this smoothie recipe is healthy I just made it up like 5 mins ago tell me what you think

1/2 cup of Fat free yogurt
A bowl full of Strawberries, blue berries, red cranberries, black berries
2 spoon fulls of a liquid vitamin i take
About 3 peel offs of a letuce head
a little bit of milk (maybe a cup or so)
and finally a whole carrot.
Please tell me what you think i don’t know much about this kind of stuff.
OOPS my bat i also put in about 40 grams of protein
Great as far as antioxidants, vitamins and minerals are concerned. But very lacking in protein. Add in a scoop of whey protein powder and that shake will be awesome!!!
