
Will this build muscle?
Ok im a beginner and I havent worked out before but basically Im skinny 5″10 130 pounds and here is my idea for my workout.
do 5 mins of light cardio
10-15 mins of stretching
do a full body workout 3 times a weeks doing:
bench press, squat, deadlift, bent over rows, upright rows, cleans, chinups
I would do 2 warmup sets of 8 reps working up the weight each set then 1 all out maximum set that I can do with a smany reps and weight as i can then when finished 15 mins of interval training.
im new will this work? I got ideas from vince delmonte, sean nalewanyj, and bodybuilding.com
That seams like it will work to me…I’m doing the same thing.
Try doing 30+ minutes of cardio though
