
Does having a high metabolism help rid a system of THC / marijuana quicker?
If a person smokes casually (once or twice a week at most) and strength trains every other day and runs for an hour on alternate days, will marijuana leave that person’s system quicker? About how long?
I don’t want anyone preaching to me and I don’t want people quoting posters they read at school or hear from the tv or their parents.

Traces of THC are found in the fat cells of your body.
Having a fast metabolism certainly helps a lot, as does working out. If you do it every week, however, It will always be there till you stop, but if you do stop it will take about 2 weeks if you exercise and what not through urine, about 1-2 months through blood, but hair will retain it forever, so you would have to cut your hair.
I’ve looked it up myself, however, on the internet are a lot of lies as detox companies tend to want to sell there product to you.
Also if your going to a test drink a TON of water.
