
Is my workout routine going to work?
i want to lose 30-40 lbs in 4-5 months
i eat fruit in the morning, salads in the afternoons
and i have lean cuisines/lean hot pockets in the evening (i know they’re not that great but its all the time i have considering i work 8-9hrs a day, go to school 3 hours a day and try to work out in between)
also my workout is going to be pilates/yoga in the morning after breakfast (should i eat before or after working out?), some toning exercises and tae bo in the afternoon after lunch and some cardio-45min fast paced walking in the evening with some like weight lifting/toning exercises
does that sound like a reasonable routine to reach my goal?
btw im 5′4-5′5 and 180 lbs

Sounds good to me. If you workout the way you say you are going to you will keep your metabolism up which will always help to loose weight. I would stay away from the lean cuisines and hot pockets though. They are filled with sodium. Why don’t you try cooking some items on Sunday for the week ahead and then eat that for dinner during the week. Hope this helps…Good Luck!
