
Which would have better results when it comes to safe muscle building?
A decent protein drink mix, or pills that increase testosterone? I’m not really looking for certain amounts or anything, just in general which is better and why?
Yeah a lot of those testosterone pills are a bunch of ‘bs’. When muscle building the battered (exercised) muscle is looking for a source of protein to repair itself and get bigger. Basically after exercise the protein is used to strap on some more ‘meat’ onto the muscle. Protein is also easy to buy, and not as controversial as testosterone pills. Protein tastes good (the majority of the time) rather testosterone can lead to increased acne, height disproportions, and other stuff… so I’m told
