muscle building for skinny guys
Is it easier for a skinny guy to build muscles faster compared to chubby man?

Im a 22 year old male, and i only weigh 115 pounds. I am skinny and i want to build muscles. The problem is i lose weight faster than gaining. I eat very little for breakfast and lunch but i eat a big dinner. I have a fast motabalsim, so i get hungry after dinner as well. I dont want mr universe muscles , i just want to look fit with a chizzled profile. I want bigger arms chest, abs, and legs. My body has virtually no fat, all i have are just small muscles. Iam hoping to look muscular within 4 months.Do you think it is possible to see major progresss within that period. What should i do to get started. Please break down a schedule for me and how long it would take. Also how many pounds would i have to gain to be muscular fit. Thanks

It’s probably tougher for most skinny guys to build muscle than for guys who are naturally heavier. But you have the big advantage that any muscle you do build will be more defined and that will make you look bigger than you really are. You will need to eat more – and that means eating healthy foods that are rich in protein and complex carbohydrates through-out the day. For guys with fast metabolism, maintaining a bodybuilding diet can be almost as tough as sticking with workouts – you are lifting weights, right? If have a good lifting routine and you eat more, you will gain weight and muscle size in 4 months – but it won’t be a big change. Even with the best diet and workout, it’s tough to gain more than a couple of pounds of muscle in a month. Set longer goals – at least 1-to-2 years if you want to see big changes.
