Hello, do you know the units used for the platelet count on your lab report? Platelet counts are usually reported in the number of platelets per microliter (mL) and the normal range is 150,000 to 450,000. Platelets can also be measured in the number of platelets per liter. I am not sure which units your platelet count is reported, so it could be 107,000 or even 1,070,000 which would make a big difference. If you can let me know the unit of measurement then I will be able to help you better. Platelets are the blood cells that are responsible for clotting blood. If platelet levels are low, then the risk of bleeding is higher. Usually low platelets does not lead to spontaneous bleeding unless the platelet count is below 10,000 platelets per mL.
Lymphocytes and Neutrophils are white blood cells in the blood important for fighting infections. It is important to know the total white blood cell number in addition to the information you have provided in order to properly interpret the results. Usually the percent of Neutrophils is higher than the percentage of Lymphocytes. Neutrophils are more important for bacterial infections and lymphocytes are more important for viral infections. Since your lymphocyte percent is higher than your neutrophil count, this suggests you may of had a recent viral infection. This is not something to worry about, because it will return to normal after the infection has been eliminated.
Creatine monohydrate is not known to affect blood count values and would be an unlikely cause for abnormal blood count values. If your platelets are in the low range the most likely cause is Idiopathic thrombocytopenia purpura in which the body makes antibodies that attack the platelets leading to their destruction. ITP usually resolves on its own sometimes even without treatment in young individuals, but it is usually more chronic in older people. There are other less common causes for low platelets.
