
How do you differentiate muscle mass, and fat?!?
When you’re trying to lose weight, and you gain weight during that process how do you know that what you’ve gained is muscle mass and not fat? Like when youve only been on the diet for lets say two months I don’t think you would build enough muscle to actually visualize you’ve gained muscle mass and not fat, right? So how would you know that you’ve gained *good* weight and not *bad* weight?
if you lose a lot and then gain some back but look more tone then that is muscle mass you can also feel the places that you lost the weight and see if its soft or hard, hard=muscle
