
I need to lose weight. Help!?
Okay, so here’s the thing. I was raised on unhealthy foods, so I’m working on kicking the addiction. I’m 21 years old, 5′11, and 270 Ibs. I am not happy with the way that I look, and I know that kicking the addiction to the foods that I eat will not be enough. I need a workout plan. Thing is, I don’t know how to go about looking the way I want to.
Can someone please give me some tips? If it helps, what I picture my end result looking like isn’t so much big/muscular but slim/muscular. I don’t want to compete in a bodybuilding contest, lol!

Trust me I’m only 16 yrs. Old 5′8 was 220 pounds lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks (210). Without diet supplements, I don’t need that crap. And I just recently started all this, I will lose more with the mind, and mentality that I can do it, I will reach my goal. 160 pds
How did I do it I ate right and dedicated myself to working out everyday mon. Thru fri. Atleast 5 hrs. A day. I also got tired of looking at how
Fat I was. Boxing is a really good sport to join, taught me endurance,and strength. If you hate running, jump rope, you get the same results in calorie lose as in running.
Although I must admitt I hate to run, but I push myself, because if it’s one thing I need in boxing is stamina. I sparred with someone I bearly lasted 3 rounds. And I was out of breathe.
