who can help answer this question ?

is it very difficult to distinguish beteween a slipped or bulged or herniated disk (ect) compared to a tumor on your spine can this be mistaken one for the other had what they said was cancer also at my hip and and ureta but told them it was scare tissue from past surgery doc did biop and sysoscopy and he said he knows scare tissue he can almost say the biop will be neg now the oncologyst was saying it was cancer he knows my case so he said it spread to my spine from there in fact what looks like no cancer by the hip and uretra and did lift weights at the gym and felt something tear right where the disk is damaged i now have urinateing problems maye be from stent not sure till its out groin hurts a little sometimes and appitite not to good so if any docs out there can let me know is it poss that this maybe a disk problem doc didnt want to do biop on back said its tricky

well i am not a doc but you might have a kidney stone or prostate cancer
