To answer your question BOTH. The difference is the timing, as whey protein is a great pre and post workout recovery drink. Egg protein however is ideal in the morning as it gives your muscles “quick” nutrients right off the bat. It’s much easier to mix egg protein up than cook 15 egg whites.
