
what is good for bones. i damaged my knees durring the exercise in the gym, i did heavy squads.please guide me?
my freinds, when i was 16 i started bodybuilding, and now i am 22. so its about 6 years i am doing bodybuilding, but on my age 20 i was lefting heavy weights on legs workouts, which it damaged my knees gradually. i apply for docter, he gave me some JOINTALL pills,which its a mix of Condroitien,Glucosamin,manganiz. so i eat those pill at about 10 months, but less result. so still i am doing bodybuilding, but no legs, only upper body, please guide me.but my legs are good, but i cannot left weights, cause it hurts and i feel my knees weak
Sounds like you might have torn or frayed something in one of your need ligments, you should probably go get it checked out if its still hurting. Pain should be gone now if its just from being tired, or overused.
