
New to working out. Need a little help here!?
I really have not been big on working out, but recently decided I want to start working out and bulking up a little bit. As of right now I’m 6′2 and 175lbs. So can anyone give me some insight onto good ways to build muscle mass quickly and effectively without the use of anything illegal?
I’m looking to hit 200lbs within 4-6 months replacing 10lbs of my existing weight with muscle, so a total of 35lb gained in muscle
I know there is no INSTANT gratification for building muscle and toning your body, I’m simpily asking some ways to make things go a little quicker via supplements and or foods.

The best thing you can do FIRST is to start jogging. i know it’s not fun but it’s gonna build up a foundation for your muscles and then, when you get used to running, your muscle are going to build up very easily.(do push ups and sit ups) you don’t have to do weights in the beginning.
