When I lift weights it hurts my wrists, not my biceps?
I have some little hand weights at my house (I don’t know what they’re called, they’re the ones that you don’t lift about your head). I have a 12 pound and a 15 pound. Right now I’m using the 12. But, I am not getting results at all. Whenever I lift weights I feel nothing in my biceps, but my wrists get very sore. I am 12. I’m not trying to get really serious with weight lifting or anything, but I am literally skin and bones! My biceps are smaller then my lower arms, I know it’s sad. LOL please help, what can I do?!
TJ R I know you can damage ur muscles but im just trying 2 do it a little bit. Im not going 2 do it enough so that it will be bad for me
the only thing i could think that you are doing wrong is that you should keep your wrists locked and dont move them. i suggest that you should go and find some cheap wrist things that keep them locked. or you should start using lower weights like 8 or 10 lbs and do high reps.
