Will I not burn fat if I only do strength training today?

I really don’t feel like doing cardio today plus the people underneath complain a lot when they hear my exercise bike going sometimes. It’s still early enough for me to do it without them complaining but I’m sleepy, and going to take a nap, but by the time I wake up, it will be late at night where they want to complain about my exercise bike. So I’m going to do just strength training today. Will I still be able to burn fat? I haven’t done cardio in like a week though.

u will burn fat as long as u eat less calories than u burn

cardio isnt necessary for fat loss, but it just helps u burn more cals in a day
