
A serious question about weightlifting and bodybuilding?
Hi, I am 15 years old and i think i am going to start doing weighlifting with dumbells etc. Is this a good idea should i start doing this at my age? and does anyone reccomend any routines that produce good results.
i weigh between 115-120 pounds (8 stone 3)
